The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), is offered by Endeavor Extended Learning Services “Endeavor ELS” at the Deens Academy Gunjur campus. The NIOS is a national board that administers examinations for Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations of open schools similar to the CBSE and the CISCE to increase literacy and provide education to rural and urban areas. Despite being established for distance education, NIOS provides a formal and regular Secondary (9th and 10th combined) and Senior Secondary (11th and 12th combined) program equivalent to CBSE.
